How do you charge?
The fee is set by the actual scope of work, the complexity of the project, and what we agree together with you. Tell us the situation and we will scope it before we quote.
How is this different from just hiring someone to build a dashboard or software?
Building is the middle of the job, not the whole of it. We analyse the problem, advise on the direction, design the approach, help you put it in place, and keep improving it until it produces a result. If you only need a pair of hands to build something already specified, you probably do not need a consultant.
Will you make us buy a particular software package?
No. We establish what kind of system the business needs first. Forcing a ready-made package onto a business that does not fit it is the most common and most expensive mistake we are called in to fix.
Is it safe to let staff use AI on company data?
Only with rules. Part of the work is deciding what may be shared with an AI tool and what may not, then training your staff around those rules — so you get the speed without putting company or customer data at risk.
Do you work with our existing team, or replace them?
With them. The point is that your own people can run it after we leave, which is why handover and training are part of the work rather than an extra at the end.
